Amelie is an improvisational dance piece inspired by the famous french film and was showcased at Cinema is Power presented by The Film Dispatch.

We explored improvisational movement scores inspired by child-like wonder and play. Our rehearsals consisted of playing using props in imaginative ways, exploring touch and miming in relation to performance, and embracing character in dance.
